Data Deletion Instructions
Opsivio respects your right to request deletion of personal information associated with you.
If you have interacted with a business using Opsivio, including through WhatsApp, and would like information associated with your interactions to be deleted, you may submit a deletion request.
How to Request Data Deletion

Please include:
Your name
The phone number or email address associated with your interactions
The business or organization you interacted with, if applicable
A brief description of your deletion request
Please do not include passwords, financial information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in your request.
What Happens Next
After receiving your request, we may contact you if reasonably necessary to verify your identity or identify the relevant information.
Once the request has been verified, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information from systems under our control, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, contractual, or other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law.
Where information is controlled by a business using Opsivio, we may coordinate with that business as necessary to process the request.
WhatsApp and Meta Data
If your request concerns information processed through an Opsivio integration with WhatsApp or Meta services, please provide the phone number associated with the relevant interaction so that we can identify the applicable records.
Deleting information held by Opsivio does not automatically delete information independently held by WhatsApp, Meta, or the business with which you communicated.
